Conveyancing Solicitor to join the property team based at our Muirhead office.
The role will predominately involve handling a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
We have an established team of Solicitors, Paralegals and support staff and we have seen sustained growth in our property department over the last 5 years.
This role is a unique opportunity with genuine prospects of progression to a senior level over short timescales. The progression is available given the transition of a founding Director to a Consultancy role in near future.
The role would allow the right candidate to expand their own caseload and professional connections in conjunction with our well established brand, website and experienced conveyancing team.
Immediate start is available.
We would consider all levels of experience for this role.
We require a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our property team at our Muirhead office.
We have an established team of Solicitors, Paralegals and support staff and we have seen sustained growth in our property department over the last 5 years.
The role will involve responsibility for managing your own caseload.

This is a new role at The Glasgow Law Practice.
The candidate must have experience of working in a property/conveyancing environment.
A previous role in estate agency or a solicitors firm dealing with conveyancing transactions would be ideal. We would also welcome candidates with sales experience.

NQ-5 years PQE.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a firm that carries out a mix of civil legal aid and private fee paying family law work. An excellent knowledge of the legal aid system and the associated fee structure would be a significant advantage.
This role will also allow the candidate to establish a new Child Law Department. Focussing on Children’s Hearings and Children’s Referrals. This department will link with our long established criminal litigation team. There may be the opportunity to assist with criminal cases from time to time.
It may be this role would appeal to someone already in a firm who now seeks to progress their career and establish themselves as a lead solicitor in a practice area.
