Jacqui Sim

Throughout her career, Jacqui has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of legal finance and cashroom management. Prior to joining the firm, she led a team of 13 legal cashiers providing outsourced cashroom services to law firms across Scotland, giving her a broad understanding of the financial and regulatory requirements facing legal practices of all sizes.

As Finance Director, Jacqui has responsibility for the firm’s financial operations and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Her responsibilities include cashroom management, client accounts, payroll, credit control, financial reporting and budgeting, as well as ensuring full compliance with the Law Society of Scotland Accounts Rules.

Working closely with the firm’s partners and management team, Jacqui provides the financial information and strategic insight required to support informed decision-making and the continued growth of the practice. Her experience enables her to balance the demands of regulatory compliance with the practical needs of a busy modern law firm.

A strong advocate of efficient systems and processes, Jacqui is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial management while supporting colleagues across all departments.
