Robert Fitzpatrick

After more than 35 years with the firm Robert now operates as a Consultant and continues to support our leadership team and is available to all our staff who may need to tap in to his experience and expertise.

He continues to work with a large number of long standing clients and local business connections. He remains available for instruction and can be contacted via our offices or by email.

Robert may be considered a dying breed in the legal profession. He is able to turn an astute legal mind to multiple practice areas. A traditional “all rounder” he has carried out work across all of the firms work types over many years. From his younger years appearing in court every day to his more recent chambers practice Robert is an invaluable asset to the firm.

Over the last decade Robert has embraced our firms online presence to broaden our client base and specialised predominately in domestic conveyancing, commercial leases, wills, powers of attorney and executry matters.

For more than 20 years Robert tutored on the Professional Ethics module of the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow and University of Strathclyde.

As he gradually reduces his workload Robert is spending a little more time travelling and relaxing in Kirkcudbrightshire and with his wife and family.
