Louise Bain is a solicitor in our Employment department who has specialised in Employment Law since 2007.
She represents both employers and employees in relation to a variety of disputes including dismissals, discrimination claims, TUPE and breach of contract claims. She has advised clients in relation to internal grievance meetings, disciplinary hearings and appeal hearings and been involved in negotiating compromise agreements for exiting employees. She has experience in representing clients at Judicial Mediation, thereby avoiding the need for lengthy litigation. She is also experienced in advising on employment law situations arising out of Insolvency situations.
