Facing a Drink Driving Charge?

If you have been charged with a drink driving offence then it is likely that you will have been released from police custody on the bail undertaking procedure. A court date will be specified on the form and the hearing usually takes place within two to three weeks of the alleged offence. Our drink driving defence solicitors at The Glasgow Law Practice can assist.

You should contact our lawyers for advice. It may be that you have a defence to the charge which may not be immediately apparent to you. Our knowledge and experience gained over the years in representing clients facing such charges allows our lawyers to identify any legal issues arising from your case and to advise you accordingly.

If a defence exists we will advise you on the procedures involbved in your case and we will assess your eligibility for Legal Aid.

If you do not have a defence we can advise you of the likely disqualification period in the event that you plead guilty.
