Harvie Diamond is a Consultant in our criminal defence team and one of the most recognisable and respected names in criminal defence in Glasgow.

With a career spanning more than 40 years, Harvie has built a formidable reputation as one of Glasgow’s most prominent criminal defence solicitors, particularly at Glasgow Sheriff Court where he is a familiar and highly regarded figure. Harvie served as the former Senior Partner of one of Scotland’s most prominent criminal defence firms before going on to found his own practice.

He joined The Glasgow Law Practice as a Consultant two years ago, bringing with him a wealth of experience and a reputation built over four decades at the forefront of his profession.

Few names carry the same weight and recognition within Glasgow’s legal and judicial circles as Harvie’s. His expertise lies in criminal defence work, and his standing has been earned through decades of dedicated representation of clients across the full breadth of that work.

His reputation extends well beyond Glasgow, with a client base that spans the whole of Scotland.
