For the sale of your existing property we have a dedicated estate agency department to provide advice regarding the marketing of your property.

We operate in conjunction with The Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre (GSPC) to ensure maximum exposure of your property to potential buyers and our knowledge of your local market will ensure the best sale price is achieved. Our conveyancing solicitors will thereafter complete the legal aspects of the sale.

All work carried out on your behalf is fully insured by both the Law Society of Scotland Professional Indemnity Insurance and Guarantee Fund.
