What is covered?

This arrangement provides consultation up to one hour with a Solicitor advising all aspects of prosecution, obtaining details regarding alleged offence and information in respect of any valid insurance policy. The Solicitor will advise whether or not the guilty plea is appropriate or whether special reasons not to endorse your driving licence or proceed to disqualification apply. If appropriate we shall advise regarding preparation for the plea in mitigation and obtaining details thereto. We shall report to you throughout and prepared for and conduct a plea in mitigation at Court including any waiting time. We shall thereafter report the Court outcome to you and discuss whether or not any appeal is necessary.

Note

Should the case require to be continued for any reason after the plea of guilty e.g preparation of DVLA printout in the absence of your driving licence or the Court requesting a social enquiry report or any further enquiry with your insurance company then an additional fee of £75 plus VAT will apply. All fees require to be paid in full in advance of any Court appearance.
